Mismatch was started in 2013 by three Adelaide Hills locals who wanted to drink better beer than the supermarket aisle was offering. A decade in, they're still independent, still in the Hills, and still on a first-name basis with pretty much every publican who pours them.
The core range is built for pub life — a draught and a lager that hold their own next to anything macro, plus a hazy lineup that earned them a real reputation among the people who taste beer for a living. Limited drops land every few months. Don't plan around them — just be pleased when they show up.
