Cellar Value Solutions is our beer line cleaning partner, working with Thonhauser's cleaning chemical to cut both how often you clean and how long it takes. Most venues clean fortnightly — 26 cleans a year, two hours a time. CVS takes that to 10 cleans a year on a 30-minute soak, using a colour-change indicator so you can see when a line is clean rather than guessing.

A Sydney venue with 42 lines was spending $68,198 a year on wastage, chemicals and labour on the fortnightly model. On the CVS program the same venue came in at $29,062.

How to get started

Order directly from CVS at orders@cellarvaluesolutions.com.au. Pull the chemical through once, leave it 15 minutes, then pull a second dose through until it runs purple. Dosing is 4%, so you know exactly how much you are using. Member rates are in the pricing table.

Available in SA, QLD, VIC and NSW. Capital city delivery is free; regional deliveries attract a courier cost.
